Ver abajo esquema, pero:

• DI : 10 UI o 0.1 - 0.2 u/kg/dia 

• Si Glucemia Basal de 130 mg/dl: Aumentar 2 UI
• Si GlucemiaBasal de 180 mg/dl : Aumentar 4 UI

Insulina NPH = Humulina NPH Pen
