Espirometria y su interpretacion. Patron obstructivo , restrictivo y mixto.

•  CURVA VALORABLE
• ha de salir pegada, 
• bajar gradualmente sin picos, y  
• la curva tiempo durar 6 segundos

• 1. Valorar el FEV1/FVC  :
• < 70 :  Obstructivo
• > 70 : Restrictivo

 

• 2. FVC:  Se interpreta segun sea el valor FEV1/FVC (ver algoritmo abajo para mejor comprensión)

• > 80 :  Obstructivo o N
• < 80 :  Restrictivo o mixto.

• 3. Valorar el FEV1: 
• > 80 : Normal.
• < 80 :  Obstructivo o restrictivo
• 50-80: Epos moderado.
• 30-50: Epoc grave
• < 30: Epoc muy grave.

• 4. Prueba broncodilatadora (PBD):
• positiva si variabilidad > 12% (restar valor % pre con el  post)
• Negativa si < 12%
